Pricing

The service is available on an annual subscription. For evaluation and testing, we recommend the "free forever" tier.

All subscriptions include use of the Calendars and Users modules.

Free Forever

New clubs start on this subscription. All features are enabled, but there are usage limits:

  • 20 users
  • 3 calendars
  • 200 emails per month*

If the number of users rises above 20, then a paid plan is automatically applied. There is 30 day grace period before payment is due.

Duties Module

£140 per year
Full access to all duties features. This includes 500 emails per month*. There is no limit on the number of users, however a "fair usage" policy applies†.
Additional emails may be purchased at £20 per 5000+.

Sailing Module

£95 per year
Full access to all sailing features. There is no limit on the number of users, however a "fair usage" policy applies†.

Club Management Module

£POA
This module is only available on request. Pricing is yet to be finalised.

Payments

All subscriptions are issued an invoice to be paid via bank transfer with 30 days. We don't currently accept online payments.
We don't charge UK VAT. This may change in the future.
The small print:
* The monthly figure is applied as an annual allowance at the start of the subscription, e.g. 500 per month is 6000 for the full year. Any unused allowance is lost at the end of the subscription period.
+ Unused additional emails will be carried over into the next subscription period.
† Subscriptions are priced on the basis that the end user is a small to medium sized club or organisation. "Fair Use" is defined as under 1000 users and 5GB stored docs(e.g uploaded race results). Please Contact Us if you have questions.
